Animal Care Foundation thanks DCSO Officers for rescue and foster care

On Friday, June 27th, justice was served for 177 dogs in Davidson County! This is a case that ACF {Animal Care Foundation} has been working with our DCSO Officer Soles and Cpl. Daniel since December 2024. Thanks to an anonymous tip, from a concerned citizen, we started on the ground with this case. One by one, month by month, as of, this past Friday, ALL dogs, including their personal dogs, have been removed from the property. This includes the horses too.

Together, Roger and Robin McLean received 40 counts of Instigating Animal Cruelty. Not nearly enough for what some of these dogs faced but they are all resting in happy foster or adopted homes, no more litters of puppies, no more nasty conditions.

This was a HUGE undertaking. We ALL showed up and went above and beyond making sure everyone had a spot. More on the rescues that came together, soon.

As the week goes on, we will be sharing lots of pictures of this case. We will also be asking for donations, as the last 27, need extensive care. Not only vaccines, but dentals, spay/neuter and lots of quality food.

These poor dogs have been through hell! Some scars will never heal. If not for our amazing fosters and rescue partners, we could never have gotten 177 dogs to safety!

I want to personally thank our team at ACF for droppingg everything on Friday. When I left the courthouse, I went straight to the residence. Our team was there, ready to get all dogs out and to safety!
