Remaining snow, ice and slush froze hard early this morning. Patchy black ice has also formed in areas where water from melting snow and ice refroze Monday afternoon. Temperatures will remain well below freezing through mid-morning, keeping icy conditions in place.

Most areas will warm above freezing between 10 and 11 a.m., with highs in the 40s expected this afternoon, which should help alleviate hazardous conditions.

A chance of rain, mainly before 5am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 31. Calm wind. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Rain before 4pm, then rain, possibly mixed with snow. High near 42. Calm wind becoming northeast around 6 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
