Lexington Light Festival Marks 10th Anniversary in New Space, Celebrating Decades of Growth

LEXINGTON, N.C. — The Annual Light Festival, a beloved Davidson County tradition, is not only celebrating its 10th year but also a monumental milestone for its host, The Light of The World Church. Originating its Lexington, NC with just 10 members back in 1995, the church has grown substantially "to the glory of God," prompting a move from its previous location on 1306 Thomason Street to a spacious new property at 330 N Church St.

This expansion is enabling the church to offer an even greater, high-quality holiday experience right in Davidson County.

“It is just beautiful to see it grow as it has and now with the opportunity to have a great experience without having to leave Lexington and in Davidson County! Come and enjoy with us! The work that goes into this festival is amazing, as it is done with a lot of love for our community... We are confident that you and your family will love the experience, as we have put a lot of effort and thought into this to make your experience magical,” stated Atalia Cardenas, a church member.

The preparation, which began back in October, showcases the dedication to making the new space a hub of community joy.
