Press Release: Construction has begun on the Fairview Drive expansion project
Construction has begun on the Fairview Drive expansion project. The first phase of the project is currently under construction, which is the addition of a right-only turn lane exiting plaza parkway.

As a result, we are experiencing more traffic congestion than normal for vehicles exiting the plaza. Please advise that the public take this into account when planning their trips to the area over the next few weeks. NCDOT adjusted signal times today to help alleviate congestion compared to what residents have experienced since construction started.
