124 Der San Drive
Lexington, NC, 27295
On February 3rd, 2026, at approximately 6:50 PM, a residential structure fire occurred at 124 Der
San Drive in Lexington, NC, 27295. Multiple Davidson County Fire Departments and Emergency
Services units responded to the address and found a single-family dwelling on fire. Fire
Department personnel quickly extinguished the fire. At the time of the fire, no one was home.
Sadly, two pets perished in the fire, and two adults were displaced. No civilian or fire service
personnel were injured during this incident. The Red Cross is assisting the displaced occupants.
The Davidson County Fire Marshals' Office is investigating the cause of the fire. The departments
involved in this incident are as follows: Reeds Fire Department, Tyro Fire Department, Linwood
Fire Department, West Lexington Fire Department, Davidson County Fire Marshals' Office, and
Davidson County Emergency Services.
