Home damaged in fire on Cotton Grove Road
The Lexington Fire Department responded to a house fire on Friday at 6 pm. When firefighters arrived, the single-family home on Cotton Grove Road had heavy smoke and visible heavy fire.
LPD Investigates pedestrian killed by train
Investigators identified the pedestrian to be 45-year-old Kelly Allen. Allen was struck by a northbound Norfolk Southern Train.
