Fraternal Order of Police provided Christmas gifts for Stoner-Thomas School
On December 8, 2022, members of the Davidson County Fraternal Order of Police(FOP) Lodge #97 conducted its “Christmas Toys For Stoner-Thomas School Event,” by delivering 97 Christmas gift bags to these wonderful children and adults at this school. The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, the Thomasville Police Department, and the Lexington Police Department assisted with the delivery of the gift bags.

Thomasville parade shares the magic of Christmas, Dec. 10th
This year will feature free entertainment for the kids including face paintings and balloon animals, located at the Depot (44 W Main St), Thomasville’s historic train station. Thomasville Medical Center receives top safety award
The Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit that evaluates the safety and patient experience provided by hospitals across the country, recognized six Novant Health hospitals with 2022 Top Hospital awards and two ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) with 2022 Top Ambulatory Surgery Center awards. Thomasville Medical Center was included in that list.
