The Thomasville Fire Department has been busy collecting awards for their service, professionalism, and cooking skills! In October, Chief Martin Daily was named Fire Chief of the Year of the Piedmont Region by the Piedmont NC Firefighter's Association - This qualifies him to be considered for the state-wide Fire Chief of the Year Award. Locally, department members were recognized for their service during their annual service banquet.

The Thomasville Water department is receiving calls about customers without water more than likely due to the freezing temperatures that we are experiencing. Please contact the Thomasville Water Plant if you have a water emergency such as a busted pipe that is flooding an area.
