Local children need foster care
Davidson County currently has 36 licensed foster homes. Due to the high number of children in Foster Care care most of our foster homes are at capacity and cannot take any additional placements.

According to local law enforcement on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at approximately 6:00 am, The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office responded to Ledford Middle School in reference to an unconscious person on school premises.
