The Charity League of Lexington is holding a spring fundraiser to help support programs for local youth including support services, by purchasing clothing, hearing screenings, abuse prevention programs by performing a kid-friendly puppet show to explain how to report physical, sexual abuse, neglect, and stranger danger. The Charity League of Lexington also provides funding to various community organizations focused on serving the children of Lexington and Davidson County.

This year's convention will be held as a hybrid meeting. The convention will be held in person at Pilot Fire Department, 4205 Old US Hwy 29, Thomasville, NC 27360. Doors will open at 9:00 am. We are also asking everyone to please park in the left side parking lot area at the fire department if possible.

Area High school basketball players will be playing in the Triad Allstar Classic game on March 19th at Forsyth Country Day School In Winston-Salem, NC from 12-7 pm. A day pass for the event is $15.
On Friday March 18, 2022, the Old Davidson County Courthouse (Historical Museum) located at 2 S. Main Street in Lexington will be lit in the colors of the Ukraine flag from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
