About Lexington Parks and Recreation – Lexington Parks and Recreation offers athletics, recreational activities, and special events for all ages throughout the year. The department also operates and maintains 22 parks, offering a wealth of outdoor fun including playgrounds, courts, walking trails, athletic fields, green spaces, and aquatic parks.

With Snider being gone for a few days, police were sent out to find him since after some time he was posted as a missing person. Without any luck, Harley finally suggested that they look back at the crime scene, and after days of investigation, Snider was arrested for not only fraud, but for the kidnapping as well. “Turns out, Snider actually attended this wedding, and due to his suspicious activity we thought it would be best to search him.” An investigator explained to Viola and Harley. “The missing person was found in his house, and through questioning of both the victim and Snider, we’ve concluded that the culprit was him all along.”

A few weeks ago, Lanie, 11, was at her church, Tyro United Methodist, with her family when she was witness to a presentation by a local nonprofit. Charlie’s Champions, which states on its website the organization “exists to provide love, hope and support to families whose children battle cancer,” shared its mission with the congregation. Determined to take action to make a difference, Lanie consulted with her father, Kevin, about using her talents to assist.
Voting sites are coming to a ward near you with more than 30 regular polling locations opening for the election. Note that the Davidson County Board of Elections will not be an election day option.
An Arts Academy at Grace piano student since 2016, she began lessons when she was taking care of her mother, who had Alzheimer’s. Arts Academy at Grace (AAG) is located at Grace Episcopal Church in Lexington, and welcomes people of all ages from throughout the community.
As of May 1st, most students from the class of 2022 know where they are attending college as a member of the class of 2026. After a tumultuous year with continued complications from Covid-19 and some of the lowest college acceptance rates ever, we have reached the point where we can say we have been through the college application process.
