The 2nd Annual Fly High Motoring Expo Returns to Davidson County Executive Airport
The 2nd Annual Fly High Motoring Expo is set to return to the Davidson County Executive Airport (KEXX) on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
If weather gets in the way, the rain date is Saturday, October 11, 2025. Updates will be posted on the official Facebook event page.
This one-of-a-kind event blends automotive and aviation culture, bringing together car enthusiasts, pilots, families, and community members for a day of excitement. Guests can expect a wide variety of vehicles and aircraft, along with live entertainment, food trucks, contests, raffles, and family-friendly fun.
Proceeds from the event will benefit The Life Center of Davidson County, which provides essential adult day services and family support programs.
Scheduled attractions include:
Car, truck, and motorcycle show with custom trophies
Aircraft fly-ins and aviation exhibits
Food trucks and vendors
Live music and entertainment
Games, contests, raffles, and giveaways
Special guest appearances
Admission and Registration:
General Admission: $5
Children 12 & under: FREE
Vehicle show registration: $20 per entry (includes driver admission)
Tickets are available exclusively through Eventbrite. Attendees are encouraged to use the official Eventbrite page, or pay cash/credit at the gate to avoid fraudulent resellers.
All vehicles are welcome—classic, vintage, exotic, domestic, import, trucks, and motorcycles. Car clubs and cruise groups will also have plenty of space for group participation.
