Landlord Lunch and Learn aims to strengthen housing stability in Davidson County

Lexington, NC — Property owners and management companies are invited to attend the upcoming Landlord Lunch and Learn, an informative session designed to build partnerships between housing providers and community organizations that support low- income and homeless individuals facing barriers to independent living.

Attendees will gain insights into key grant-funded housing programs such as the Permanent Supportive Housing Program (PSH), Rapid Rehousing Program (RRH), Victim Service Provider Programs, and Transitions to Community Living (TCL). These initiatives are focused on increasing housing access and long-term stability for vulnerable populations across Davidson County.

During the event, participants will learn:
• Supportive Housing programs and approaches that benefit both landlords and
tenants
• How to ensure timely rent payments and quickly fill vacancies
• How to connect with a network of support to help tenants remain successfully
housed

This event is a collaboration between Partners Health Management, Brick Capital
Community Development Corporation, Family Services of Davidson County, and Davidson County Homelessness Task Force, a collaborative coalition of local government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses committed to addressing homelessness in the county.
