ROASTED: New restaurant ideas for area entrepreneurs

Area entrepreneurs: Want to learn about new ideas for restaurants?

Imagine a restaurant where everything offered was roasted just enough to open up the flavors to make a sensory explosion of smells and tastes.  

Why is this idea so important? 

America was the land of milk and honey and now has become the land of the obese and diabetic. This is not fat shaming but just stating facts. Since most of the restaurants available offer food cooked in deep fried fryers, causing grease excess and addictions to consuming dangerous food poisons daily.

So here is a novel idea that no restaurant to my knowledge or anyone I have asked  has offered before now. 

If vegetables were prepared the same way as steaks, people would love to eat more vegetables.Soaking vegetables in marinades, and properly  seasoning then roasting, diners would wait in line for a chance to devour these culinary creations. 
Imagine the smells and tastes from roasted peppers, onions, garlic, asparagus, beets along with roasted beef, pork, lamb, fish and perhaps other proteins, then for deserts roast fruits, like bananas, pears, apples, grapes, pineapples and more.  

For drinks turn the roasted fruits into cocktails or smoothies. For fun we could experiment, take   some roasted fruits and add cream without adding sugar and freezing to make roasted ice cream. 

While deep fried foods can be consumed occasionally but on a regular basis, it causes severe side effects that we need to eliminate to reduce the early death rates and other health challenges. 

By naming the restaurant ROASTED, it also creates the perfect location to host on typical slow nights like Mondays or Tuesdays, could host future roasting of area celebrities or officials and share via future podcasts. 

So here is your gift area entrepreneurs and challenge: take this idea and make it a reality please, All I ask is to let me to eat there. Imagine if a new fad of restaurants emerged and then copied nationally and billed as Davidson County style roasted foods?
