Davidson County Senior Service Annual Veterans Luncheon

Davidson County, NC – Davidson County Senior Services will host a reception to honor the sacrifices of the men and women, past and present, who fought so gallantly to the task of promoting an ensuring peace for our nation.  The Annual Veterans’ Luncheon will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 7 at the DDCC Mary E. Rittling Conference Center located at 297 Community College Road in Thomasville.

All Davidson County veterans 55 and older and their spouse are cordially invited to attend the reception free of charge. Preregistration is required by October 30.

In honor of Veterans’ Day, enjoy a catered lunch, special speaker, and fellowship as Senior Services gives thanks to those who have served freedom’s cause.

Senior Services, a division of Davidson County Government, was established in 1975.  The organization’s mission is to offer an array of programs and services to older adults regarding their well-being, independence, involvement in their community, and the ability for them to remain in their own homes.
