Genealogical Society of Davidson County to Explore History of Reeds Baptist Church

DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. — Anyone with an interest in local history, family roots, or genealogy is invited to attend the next meeting of the Genealogical Society of Davidson County on Monday, July 20.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the sanctuary of Reeds Baptist Church, where members and guests will have the opportunity to learn about the church's rich history during a special program. The event is open to the public.

Founded in 1980, the Genealogical Society of Davidson County is dedicated to preserving family histories and the heritage of Davidson County. Through meetings, educational programs, and research, the organization helps connect residents with the stories that have shaped the community for generations.

Annual individual membership is $20.
