Ray Burks, deceased, of Davidson County, North Carolina, and does hereby notify all persons,

firms and corporations having claims against the estate of said decedent to present them to the

Street, Suite 1430, Charlotte, NC 28202, on or before the 17 th day of July, 2026, or this notice

will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the said
