Today's T.E.A. With Dr. T
Peace Without Answers
Today's T.E.A. is poured from the book Name Your New Journey by Dr. Timogi
No one gets in the line marked death of a loved one. Nobody picks up a box of abusive spouse off the shelf. No one places an online order for heartache, free express shipping, delivered to the front door. And yet it arrives. Some of the heaviest things you are carrying this morning are things you never chose.
The hardest part is repairing what you did not break.
Having to take an active role in fixing a situation you did not create will make you tired, angry, and sometimes bitter. You start asking why me, and what did I do to deserve this. Those questions are rarely answered. And when they are, the answer rarely satisfies.
So here is the harder, freer truth.
You have to make peace with your past with or without answers. Some trials will never reveal their why, other than to make you into you. The world needs the version of you on the other side of this. Your existence matters to the fabric of humanity, whether or not history ever writes your name down.
Ask yourself "What am I still waiting on an answer for?" or tell yourself "I can have peace without the answer."
