Press Release: Davidson Prison Ministry hires new chaplain
Miranda Lane earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from NC A&T State University of Greensboro, NC, in Agricultural Education. She also earned a Master of Divinity from Hood Theological Seminary in Salisbury, NC. Miranda completed her Chaplaincy Internship at Atrium Behavioral Health (Davidson, NC). She completed her Clinical Pastoral Education residency at Atrium Health Hospital (Concord, NC). Afterward, she served as PRN Chaplain at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center (Salisbury, NC). Miranda is an ordained minister through the World Council of Independent Christian Churches.
Her interests include providing pastoral care to patients in behavioral health, hospice, and adult corrections. Miranda’s mission is to provide calm spaces of solace and refuge to all people.
