Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Chapter Hosts Annual Thanksgiving Meal Box Giveaway in Lexington
The Tau Epsilon Sigma Alumni Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. is giving back to the community this holiday season with its Annual Feeding Families for Thanksgiving event.
Set for Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at Lexington High School (26 Penry Street, Lexington, NC 27292), the chapter will distribute free Thanksgiving meals to local families. Organizers ask that each vehicle receive only one meal per car to ensure fair distribution. Meals will be handed out in boxes in the school parking lot.
The event is made possible through partnerships with Food Lion Feeds, Lowe’s, and the Trailblazers Impact Foundation, Inc. Together, they aim to ensure families have a hearty Thanksgiving while highlighting the importance of community, service and gratitude.
“Thanksgiving is about giving back and lifting our neighbors up,” said a representative of Tau Epsilon Sigma. “We’re proud to partner with local organizations to make this event possible and to help spread love and service this holiday season.”
Residents are encouraged to arrive early, as organizers expect organized lines in the parking lot. The chapter invites all in the community to participate and experience the spirit of giving.
