While her professional life is a testament to dedicated leadership, Ra'Shanna is equally devoted to her family and her local community. She is a proud and devoted parent to two children, Cedric Liles Jr. and Matthew Liles, both graduates of Lexington Senior High School.

Just recently, on September 5th, 2025, Ra'Shanna was formally recognized by Lexington Senior High School for her unwavering contributions to the students. She is also a 2025 hall of fame adult learner inductee recipient.
