Uptown Wine Down Returns March 21: Sip, Stroll, and Shop in Uptown Lexington
Lexington, NC – Uptown Lexington, Inc. invites the community to experience an afternoon of shopping, sipping, and exploring local businesses at the Uptown Wine Down, happening Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM in beautiful Uptown Lexington.
Uptown Wine Down transforms the historic district into a unique shop-and-sip experience, where guests can stroll through Uptown’s locally owned boutiques, specialty stores, and shops while sampling wines along the way. Participating merchants will host tasting stations featuring a curated selection of wines, giving visitors the opportunity to discover new favorites while browsing the latest styles, gifts, home décor, and specialty items.
Guests will receive a map and tasting chips that guide them through participating businesses, making it easy to explore Uptown and discover shops they may not have visited before. Along the way, attendees can take advantage of special promotions, in-store experiences, and exclusive shopping opportunities offered by Uptown merchants.
