Three-Vehicle Crash on Becks Church Road Sends Two to Hospital

A three-vehicle motor vehicle accident occurred around 11:30 a.m. yesterday on Becks Church Road, resulting in two people being transported to the hospital and one vehicle catching fire.

According to preliminary information, Vehicles 1 and 3 were traveling northbound on Becks Church Road while Vehicle 2 was traveling southbound. Vehicle 1 crossed left of center and collided head-on with Vehicle 2. Following the initial impact, Vehicle 3 was unable to avoid the crash and was struck by Vehicle 2.

After the collision, Vehicle 2 caught fire and became fully engulfed in flames.

The drivers of Vehicles 1 and 2 were transported to Wake Forest Baptist Health for treatment. The driver of Vehicle 3 was evaluated on scene and transported as a precautionary measure.

Emergency responders were on scene to manage the fire, provide medical assistance and investigate the cause of the crash. No further details have been released at this time.
