Communities in Schools of Lexington/Davidson County (CIS) will host the 14th Annual Big Toy Day on Saturday, August 26, 2023. The family friendly, outdoor event will take place from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Davidson County Airport, free for children ages 10 and under and $5 for all others.

Davidson County, NC –Beginning in July, The Davidson County Department of Senior Services initiated a campaign to increase attendance at the five Senior Cafés across the county. New registrants who attend a minimum number of days within the first month will be eligible to receive a $70 Meat Sampler Box voucher that can be redeemed at either Conrad and Hinkle in Lexington or Shuler Meats in Thomasville.
