The event will begin at 10 a.m. with an educational session led by knowledgeable team members from both Davidson County Senior Services and Hospice of Davidson County. Afterward, attendees will have the chance to receive personalized, one-on-one assistance with completing their advance directives through 12 pm.

On Friday, March 28, 2025, Superior Court Judge Alyson Grine sentenced Thompson to life without parole for the first-degree murder conviction.
