Hospice of Davidson County’s Hinkle House seeks snack and supply donations
Hospice of Davidson County is asking the community to help provide simple comforts through snack and supply donations for those spending time for Hinkle House Hospice Inpatient care.
The organization is collecting individually packaged snacks to support patients, caregivers, volunteers, and visitors during what can often be a difficult and emotional time. Staff say small gestures—such as having a snack or drink readily available—can offer meaningful comfort to families and caregivers who may be at the bedside for long hours.
Requested snack items include:
Mini sodas
Individual packs of nabs or crackers
Individual packs of cookies or chips
Other single-serve snacks
All snack donations must be individually packaged.
In addition to snacks, Hospice of Davidson County is also accepting donations for supplies to help support daily operations and patient care needs at Hinkle House.
Donations can be delivered to the Hospice of Davidson County campus at Hinkle House Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Hospice of Davidson County expressed appreciation for the community’s continued generosity, noting that donations help provide moments of comfort, care, and compassion for patients, families, and volunteers during their time at Hinkle House.
Community members interested in contributing are encouraged to drop off donations during regular business hours.
