City of Thomasville water reserves are improving, restoring levels and pressures

We want to thank everyone for their efforts in conserving water during this challenging time. Thanks to your cooperation and our production efforts, water reserves are improving, and we’re seeing progress in restoring levels and pressures. However, our reserves remain lower than normal, and we are still concerned about usage.

We ask for your continued support by conserving water and limiting usage as much as practical while we work to return to normal operations.

Important Reminder:

• Please report water line breaks to the Water Plant at 336-475-4247.

• With low temperatures, flowing water may freeze, creating slick spots on roads and sidewalks. Please exercise caution and watch for utility crews actively working to repair breaks.

Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work to resolve these issues and ensure the community's water needs are met.
