Heads-Up: Liberty Drive Road Closure Scheduled for May 20

Drivers in Thomasville will want to plan ahead for a temporary road closure that could impact their Monday morning commute.

Liberty Drive, between Arthur Drive and Cloniger Drive, will be closed on Monday, May 20, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. while crews complete necessary utility maintenance in the area. City officials advise that the closure is part of ongoing efforts to improve local infrastructure.

Motorists are urged to use caution near the work zone and to follow all posted detour signs. Delays are possible, so alternate routes are strongly recommended for those traveling through the area during the scheduled closure.
