Thomasville Fire and Rescue offers free weather radio and emergency kit

Press Release:

Thomasville Fire & Rescue, with the generous support of the Duke Energy Foundation, is proud to provide free weather radios, emergency kits, and disaster preparedness guides to members of our community—while supplies last.

These items are intended to help reach homes in the Thomasville area that do not have reliable access to weather alerts through phones, TV, or other methods. Our goal is to ensure everyone has access to life-saving emergency information when severe weather or disasters strike.

--Supplies are limited--

Contact Sam Olshinski at 336-475-5590 or Sam.Olshinski@Thomasville-NC.gov for more details.

Thank you to the Duke Energy Foundation for helping us keep Thomasville prepared and protected.
