A Polar Plunge is a unique fundraising opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to support the work of Davidson Prison Ministry by jumping or running into the water at Elevated Wake Park on December 30, 2023.

This year’s Barbecue Festival Pre-Pig Shindig Jammin' at the AMP Oct 26, 2023 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Breeden Amphitheater will benefit Pastor’s Pantry funded in part by United Way of Davidson County.
The event will take place from 11 a.m to 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church 210 Village Drive in Lexington. The event is free to the public.
