Multi-Agency Invictus Task Force seeks help to stop child exploitation and trafficking
The Invictus Task Force continued its mission to combat the sexual exploitation and trafficking of children.
Our work is a team effort—thanks to our dedicated partners, community members, and law enforcement agencies who help bring justice and hope to those affected.
If you see something, say something.
IF YOU BELIEVE YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW MAY BE A VICTIM OF CHILD EXPLOITATION OR TRAFFICKING, call the national hotline for 24/7 assistance. 1-888-373-7888 or text "HELP" to 233733
The Invictus Task Force is a specialized multi-agency coalition focused on investigating Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC), child exploitation, trafficking, and sexual abuse.
Specifically, the Invictus Task Force is composed of:
Sheriff's Offices from:
Randolph County Sheriff's Office, NC
Alamance County Sheriff's Office
Davidson County Sheriff's Office
Forsyth County Sheriff's Office
Federal and State Agencies:
Department of Homeland Security (HSI)
North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI)
The collaboration between these agencies allows them to operate across jurisdictional boundaries, which is crucial as predators often operate in a way that crosses these lines. The Invictus Project, a non-profit organization, also supports the task force financially.
