On Friday, May 2, 2025, Detectives with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office arrested James C. Burr, a registered sex offender for illegally being on child premises after completing an investigation. Burr is held in the Davidson County Detention Center, pending his court date in Lexington District Court, on May 29, 2025.
