This event offers more than just music, food, and fun—it creates a meaningful space for reflection, healing, and connection. Whether you've lost someone to violence, illness, or the passage of time, we invite you to join us in celebrating their memory as part of this day of unity. Together, we can uplift their stories and hold space for both joy and remembrance in our community.

A Day of Remembrance and Resilience
June 7th marks National Gun Violence Awareness Day, and Lexington will honor the occasion with a vigil commemorating lives lost to gun violence, alongside resources promoting community safety. JLD Community Solutions has been a leader in this movement, receiving proclamations from Mayor Jason Hayes and City Councilman Jim Myers in recognition of their efforts. This year marks the 3rd annual gun violence awareness event for JLD Community Solutions.
