Monday July 6, 2026, Detectives with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division (CID) appeared before the Davidson County Grand Jury in reference to the murder of Michael Steven Allen, 44-year-old male, Lexington, that occurred in April of 2026.
