On June 14, more than 300 people gathered in Uptown Lexington for “No Kings Day,” a peaceful Flag Day rally organized by REV UP NC and Unbound Voices. Focused on voting rights, healthcare, and government accountability, the event drew a diverse crowd—and a small group of religious and pro-life counter-demonstrators. Both sides shared the Square respectfully. The next rally is set for June 28.
