December 30, 2025, as part of a collaborative effort, detectives with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office Traffic and Criminal Enforcement (T.R.A.C.E.) Team, Criminal Investigations Division, the Patrol Division and the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Urban Criminal Interdiction Team executed a search warrant at 5875 Mendenhall Road Extension in Archdale in reference to a multi-jurisdictional theft investigation. During the search, detectives recovered numerous items of horse tack equipment that had been reported stolen during a breaking and entering in Davidson County in November 2025.
