On Wednesday, July 2, 2025, Charles Jenkins, 43, of Thomasville, North Carolina, pleaded guilty in Davidson County Superior Court to one count of Death by Distribution of a Controlled Substance.

On Friday, June 27th, justice was served for 177 dogs in Davidson County! This is a case that ACF {Animal Care Foundation} has been working with our DCSO Officer Soles and Cpl. Daniel since December 2024. Thanks to an anonymous tip, from a concerned citizen, we started on the ground with this case. One by one, month by month, as of, this past Friday, ALL dogs, including their personal dogs, have been removed from the property. This includes the horses too.
